A member may terminate their membership with The Boutique Hub at any time by filling out the Cancellation Request Form at the bottom of the footer of their Membership Dashboard. Please note: once the Cancellation Request Form has been submitted, the membership is immediately terminated and no refund will be given due to unused membership time.
